概要

ZCC5090EA是一款5V输入，最大1.5A充电电流，支 持双 节 锂 电 池 串 联 应 用 的 升 压 充 电 管 理 IC 。ZCC5090EA集成功率MOS，采用异步开关架构， 使其在应用时仅需极少的外围器件，可有效减少整体 方案尺寸，降低BOM成本。ZCC5090EA的升压开关 充电转换器的工作频率为500KHz，转换效率为90%。 ZCC5090EA内置四个环路来控制充电过程，分别为 恒流（CC）环路、恒压（CV）环路、芯片温度调节环路、可智能调节充电电流，防止拉垮适配器输出， 并匹配所有适配器的输入自适应环路。

ZCC5090EA集成30V OVP功能，输入端口能够稳定 可靠承受30V以内的耐压冲击，并在输入超过6V时停 止充 电，非 常 适 用 于TY P E - C接 口 的 应 用。同 时 芯 片BAT输出端口耐压30V，极大提高了系统的可靠性。 ZCC5090EA提供了纤小的ESOP8L封装类型供客户 选择，其额定的工作温度范围为-40℃至85℃。

Description 

The ZC5069positive hot swap controller providesintelli gent control of the power supply connectionsduring in sertion and removal of circuit cards from alive system backplane or other hot power sources.Th e ZCC5069provides in-rush current control to limitsyste m voltage droop and transients. The current limitand pow er dissipation in the external series pass N-Channel MOSFET are programmable, ensuringoper ation within the Safe Operating Area (SOA). The POWER GOOD output indicates when the outputvolta ge is within 1.25 V of the input voltage. The inputundervolt age and overvoltage lockout levels andhysteresis ar e programmable, as well as the initialinsertion delay ti me and fault detection time. TheZCC5069-1 latches of f after a fault detection, while theZCC5069-2 automaticall y restarts at a fixed duty cycle.ZCC5069is available in a 1 0-pin VSSOP packag
